Tablescape

Hello everyone~~~what a wonderful holiday weekend it was here at the lakehouse.
The weather was wonderful! What a great start to summer!
Time to bring out the summer dishes!
I wanted to put something together for Tablescape Thursday over at Between Naps on the Porch. So here's my tablescape.....

I carried these in my shop. They are from the Songbird Garden collection, by Rosie B. Farmer.
The place mats went with the dishes. Since I love gardening, these dishes are one of my favorites.

I also sold these little spring baskets. The robin's blue of the eggs match the color of the place mats, and the dishes.

The floral pattern, and the blue bird are such an uplifting combination.
I love the fact that as I sit at the table, I can hear the birds singing right outside. Brings a smile to my face.

Aren't the plates beautiful? I really like them.

The little iron birds go well with the dishes. Another item I sold at my shop.

The candle sticks are part of a set that I recently found.
It was a rainy afternoon here at the lakehouse, so this setting helped to brighten things up around here today.
Enjoy your evening.

  18. I have some of these dishes too! Not as many as you though. I'll have to try my hand at a place setting using them this summer.
