Experimenting with blue.

Talk about a crazy winter!!!!!!
Yesterday we had thunder, lightening, and rain on top of the two feet of snow on the ground.
Today we are having wind gusts over 30mph with white out snow squalls.
I feel Mother Nature's pain...being in mental-pause isn't fun.

I was fooling around with the settings on my camera this morning, trying to get that bluish color that I see on some of the "shabby blogs" out there.

I finally got it, but the pictures didn't come out as clear as I wanted.
Plus, they are kind of dark.

I guess that's part of the fun....experimenting.

I'll just keep working on it until I get it right.
Don't forget to pray for Donna at My Shabby Chateau. She's having surgery. God Bless You "Glitter Queen"!
I'm joining Faded Charm for White Wednesday. The button is on my side bar.

  1. Miss D...Love all your pics my friend! Sorry about your crazeeee weather. It's been so incredibly lovely in Oklahoma I was out yesterday with just a thick sweater over a t-shirt. We need moisture tho and tomorrow it's suppose to rain a bit. Without it we will be doomed come the spring!

Hope this finds you well! LOVE YOUR HOME!

  12. Hi Debbie, you sure must have a fancy camera, I'm lucky when I think I get a None Blurry Pic.... I really love those sweet little Birdies at the bottom ~ The weather is crazy, yesterday it was 50 here around 2 & by 5 it was 30, today it is barely 20, that Bone chilling cold.... I can't seem to get warm.
the only real snow we have had was last Saturday, 3" but of course the temps yesterday melted it all away.... Spring can't come soon enough for Me ~
    Stay Warm
