Dressing the column.

Since I won't be repairing the column until Spring, I decided to dress it up a little for now.

I added some vintage lace, crinkled seam binding, a religious medal, and a pretty little crown.

Love it!!!!
Have a wonderful week!

  2. Love it, for sure. You are the queen of the lake! Love that little crown. I know you are going to have so much fun with that column. I have wanted one for so long, but my bestie always beats me to them.
Love your layout here, background and header. Have you been playing around?
Tell Diana that's shabby elegant. So, when are you coming to play at my house and make it all pretty?

  8. Your sweet new column is looking so very regal and royal, Debbie! There's just something about that crinkled seam binding that's so feminine and romantic! And that darling crown is like frosting on the cake! :)

  11. I never find columns. I guess I could buy a new one and bang it up myself, but I would love to find a nice old chippy one. Yours sort of looks like a bride with the crown and lace!
