Good morning.
It's crisp, clear, and very cold here at the old lakehouse.
It's one of those quiet times of the day when you have time to just sit, and reflect.
Experiencing those last few days of 2011.
Thinking over the events of the past year.
Thanking God for the blessings and provisions of each and every moment.
Being grateful for HIS wisdom.
Knowing I must trust that HE is in control.
HE sees the whole picture, and has a plan for my life.
I think I will go sit in my big, old, squishy chair and just bask in HIS glory.
Happy New Year!
He sees the whole picture~~~that is so true. I find my most quiet time is when I lie down to sleep at night and reflect over the day, the week, my life. Some heavy duty thinking, but mostly counting my blessings. I have had so many and I am so grateful.
ReplyDeleteI hope you had a wonderful Christmas, Debbie. Did you see your kids and grandchildren?
Wishing you a Happy New Year, sweet friend!
XO,
Jane
