The place mats went with the dishes. Since I love gardening, these dishes are one of my favorites.
I also sold these little spring baskets. The robin's blue of the eggs match the color of the place mats, and the dishes.
I love the fact that as I sit at the table, I can hear the birds singing right outside. Brings a smile to my face.
The dishes are wonderful. They look so vintage. They could not be in a more beautiful setting than your wonderful home. I love it. I would absolutely LOVE to live by the water. You are very lucky! THanks for the great table. Lori L

Love those dishes.. the blue bird is so cheerful. And I'm a big sucker for flowers. Those little bird nest baskets are simply adorable. Makes me just want to sit and chat for a spell!
ReplyDeleteI love your dishes! They are so, so pretty! I am really very, very partial to English transferware and seldom do I stray but I really love these. That nest is so pretty to! The greenery looks real...or is it? Such a pretty table!

Debbie, The china is so colorful and cheerful! Love the little bluebird! Your iron birds and your tablecloth look great with your dishes. Nice tablescape. I looked at a few of your other posts, too, and I enjoy your blog! Have a wonderful week!

I have some of these dishes too! Not as many as you though. I'll have to try my hand at a place setting using them this summer.
