Hello everyone!
So how is the weather where you live?
Here at the Lakehouse we woke up to this!
It's actually sunny this afternoon. The snow stopped, and the wind isn't as ferocious. Even tho the snow is deep, it all looks really neat!
I hope you were able to dig out today, and get some awesome pics.
LOVE being snowed in!!
See ya......
At least the sun is shining, huh??? : )
ReplyDeleteThe sun just came out here, also... but pretty much snowed in... almost 2 ft. here...The snowplow driver got stuck twice in my very long driveway & he had to be pulled out... : )
Hope you are feeling better each day....
Hugs... K.
Wow- that is A LOT of snow Debbie!! Stay warm and dry! So happy to hear that things are going better for you and you are healing and doing well! :) Hugs, Courtney
ReplyDeleteYou got the snow and we got the ice...and I would of rather had the snow. Our backyard has tons of tree branchs down and we have a big mess to clean up when the weather gets better.
ReplyDeleteTake care. Stay safe and warm.
~Cindy~
Looks like you are snowed in big time there Debbie. We are cold here in the Carolinas, but nothing like that. Stay warm....and safe.
ReplyDeleteOh brrrrrr, that is a whole lotta snow! It sure is pretty to look at though:)
ReplyDeleteHowdy
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness that is a lot of snow !
Gorgeous images .
Thank you for sharing your beautiful winter photos with us today :)
Pray you are warm and comfortable indoors .
Until Next Time
Happy Trails
Looks like we both have the same view, Debbie! While I usually don't mind getting snowed in, I must admit that I am starting to get spring fever! So I am trying to remind myself of the positives of all of this snow: no weeds to pull, no sweating, no poison ivy or mosquitoes! BTW, I think that was Bob Marley's cousin that you spotted:) Keep warm and well!
ReplyDeleteDebbie, you have a lovely attitude towards the snow. I have deep longings for spring and have the urge to plant flowers! hugs♥O
ReplyDeleteI think it looks neat, too. I took a ride with hubby to buy some salt for the ice and there were walls of snow along the streets from the plows. It is all freezing now. Please... stay warm and safe!
ReplyDeleteXO,
Janie
Yes, we are snowed in too, and now the ice has covered the snow! Don't know what will happen tomorrow or where new snow is going to be piled up! Soon we will be wishing for it again. Enjoy! Linda
ReplyDeletewe were snowed in too - in a huge way! I hear plows are out, so we should be able to get to work Thursday!
ReplyDeleteWell, obviously YOU got hit a lot harder than WE did! WOW! I used to love a day when I got snowed in too...but that hasn't happened for me in a long time! Hope you had a warm and fun day! Hugs-Diana
ReplyDeleteDebbie,
ReplyDeleteThe snow is lovely and serene. Beautiful!
Oh Debbie Sweetie...
ReplyDeleteHow beautiful everything looks all blanketed in the big white stuff. My even covered in snow, your gardens look magical. I can't wait to see them in the Spring and Summer.
Here in Phoenix today is was 29 degrees when I got up to go to work. This is the first time in 26 years that I have really needed a coat. I don't have one, I have never bought one out here as I didn't think I would need one. I had a couple of sweaters on to stay warm. We are expecting another freeze tonight and another cold day tomorrow.
So glad to hear that you are mending beautifully and enjoying day to day activities. I continue to keep you in my prayers sweet friend. Many hugs and much love, Sherry
Ok.....so how many days til spring.....???? Not to be a party-pooper or anything, but I'm hating all of this snow! Am I the only one??? The only crazy one?? lol!
ReplyDeleteI finally had a friend stop by and plow out my driveway this afternoon, after I spent half the morning digging out a HUGE 3 foot drift by the side door so that I could let Maizie out...poor thing! I couldn't open the door!!! I couldn't see my pond water bubbling and had to shovel that open, too. After all that I was too pooped to shovel a path to my birdfeeders.
Yeah....I'm ready for spring. I'd MUCH rather be weeding! lol!
xoxo laurie
Oh Debbie- did you ever get the snow! Look at all of that! I sure hope you are staying in. You sure don't need to slip or fall. How are you feeling? Is the soreness going away yet? I had mine done the first of spring, so didn't have to worry about slipping. But that old sweat sure stings the incision area! I used to stand over the fan!
ReplyDeleteYou should still be doing the granny shuffle.
I did that forever! I took my lawn chair and a pillow to all the little league games that year. I tried sitting in the stands, but the people going up and down jarred me too much, so I started packing my own chair!
Love you, sweetie, and you take care of you!
Hugs- Tete
You really got the snow! Glad you're enjoying being snowed in. This is a good time to read, relax and enjoy the beauty.
ReplyDeleteI am looking forward to the spring though. Can't wait to get out in the sun and fresh air.
Stay warm and take it easy,
Annette
Hey girlie, you have won an award! Come on over to my place to pick it up!
ReplyDeleteHugs- Tete
Hi Debbie!
ReplyDeleteJust dropping by to see how you are doing! It looks like winter painted a show just for you to sit back and enjoy!!
Stay warm and be happy!
Blessings!
Ann
Hi Debbie, Oh so much snow, we haven't had that much at one time this year but snow is covering everything around us, yesterday was windy with cold air and boy was it cold coming out of work at 10PM! I personally can't wait for spring to get here...love new flowers and green grass to look at, never get tired of that!
ReplyDeleteHave a wonderful day♥
Hello Debbie,
ReplyDeleteLove your positive attitude! It looks beautiful, but way too cold for me.
