Vintage pie safe, and wire sieve

Hello lovelies~~~It's that time of the week...White Wednesday at Faded Charm. I wanted to show you the vintage pie safe, and sieve I found at the flea market this past weekend.  The pie safe is metal, and has two shelves inside. I haven't painted it, because I love all the chips in the white paint...seems to add to the character of the piece.  The wire sieve is really sweet...LOVE the chippy paint, and rust spots! 
I'll be posting about the other items I found at the flea market soon....LOTS of neat "stuff"!!!

    I was hoping for some boating photos, but these will do. Love the pie safe- what are you going to store in it? Love the old phone on the wall, too!
    Hope you are having a good week- a little hot here in the afternoons, but not bad.
    Rain tomorrow- 80% chance- so I'm just going to hang out with my DH while his vacation lasts.

    Hi Debbie! How cute is that pie safe? I don't think I've ever seen one that size! I am so glad that you had fun popping around places with Laurie! I can't wait to see what else you found!

    Love the pie safe, Debbie! I almost bought one the last time I went antiquing, but I couldn't think of a place to put it... I need to get some more tables for display. Sounds like a good excuse to go shopping, huh? ;o)

    That is cute! I don't think I have ever seen one that sized. I think I have seen them attached to a bigger unit. I had to laugh because I was writting a recipe today and forgot the word for sieve!!! I surely did--I think I called it a screen something....ah...a tired brain.
